[Distant Hearts]

its okay, could definetely use some work.

I can tell this isn't something you made right away, it definitely took some effort, but it, like anything else, could use some work.

first I'd like to say your choice of music, and ability to draw backgrounds is note worthy.

but the characters and the animation is what bothered me. The animation looked choppy and wrong sometimes, and truthfully there wasn't much of it. It felt like it was almost all static images, and camera pans. To the little animation there was, there was really shakily drawn characters, might I recommend a higher smoothing setting? So the animation to me looked like choppy, and off loops. It wasn't that bad, but it could REALLY use some TLC. I'd recommend adding more frames in the motion, using less blurs, plan out the animation more carefully, easing, and if you haven't already heard of it, use onion skinning.

I'm not trying to bash you or anything, I'm just saying that you should keep what you have going for you, and improve on what is slowing you down.

and I'm sorry but I really hate anime love storys, its just not my thing.

thanks for the review, champ. yes, i'm a bit lazy in animation XD and I did use onion skin. what I want to achieve is the mood, smoothiness just not my style ya know (hurr) building the mood is number one. but yeah, the animation wasn't planned very well and that wasn't my real effort...

it was a good claymation, very solid movement. I thought it had good "direction" the scenes were well planned out. You definitely knew what you were doing. Keep up the good work.

one thing to work on is length, and sometimes there weren't any sound effects which clashed with the parts that did have them.

thanks. I do agree with you. I originally it did it for a deadlined school project
(long story why I did such a sad thing) so I did kinda rushed it in some areas!

you got the title of the game wrong, it's lord of the flies, and it was meant for PS3 in the first place so go figure. Someone just stamped the name Zelda on it to make it more marketable for Nintendo fans. Also, the graphics are actually really advanced when you compare to other Nintendo games such as super mario galaxy. In my opinion it's not about the gameplay as much as the experience itself this time around, and the story although dark, was very entertaining. Mickey, I'd really like it if you did some research before hand. Also, if you play it on the Ipad or Kindel, it is less advanced, and is messed up. I'd reccomend that everyone go rent it, I got it at the library and it was a bit of a surprise actually, since they didn't have any xbox games or n64 games last time I checked. So nice try Mickey, but leave the reviewing to the professionals. 6/10

I remember first seeing this on newgrounds some time after it came out, I had no Idea what so ever that it was stolen and went viral on youtube. So whenever I heard people talking about it I thought they were all newgrouds geeks. It makes me sad that it just got stolen by some creepy asian dude.

I love it because it's funny, stupid, and awesome. So many people just don't know...

this was the only movie that could get this high of a score back then, simply because it tricks people into voting 5. To this day, I think nothing could ever do this trick.
